Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, or using DeskRange AI ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
License
Upon completing a valid purchase, DeskRange AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use the Software on Windows devices you own or control. "Lifetime" means the useful life of the product — as long as we maintain and distribute DeskRange AI.
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software
- Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws
Purchases and refunds
DeskRange AI is sold as a one-time purchase through our payment provider (Dodo Payments). All prices are listed in USD. You must provide a valid Google account for sign-in during checkout.
If you experience technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning on your system, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund evaluation. Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion.
Privacy and data
Your use of DeskRange AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you acknowledge that camera data, trained models, and analytics are stored locally on your device and are your responsibility to secure.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DeskRange AI does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
DeskRange AI is not a medical device. The Software provides general posture awareness coaching and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for any health-related concerns.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall DeskRange AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Updates and modifications
We may release updates to the Software from time to time. While we aim to maintain backward compatibility, we do not guarantee that all features will remain unchanged in future versions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
